Way back I had a hunch as you probably did that this was all connected. This thing we call life.
I wasn’t born yesterday and neither were you. We’ve experienced the pain of heartbreak, loss, health issues, rejection.
It’s not easy.
You might remember as a youth or even later in life looking at people who were going through challenging situations. It seemed like life went on, they still showed up in life as enthusiastic contributors, even joyful participants.
I wondered how they did it.
Then LIFE HAPPENED to me….
One thing, then another, and another. It just seemed that things began to take a different shape than I had planned.
That has a chance of knocking a person down and out, right out of life!
I was there. Life had knocked me down, hard. Then I began getting back up.
The Oxford definition of equilibrium is a state in which opposing forces or influences are balanced. I like to say that to have equilibrium is to be calm, collected and confident.
When we connect all aspects of life we can experience an inner equilibrium. This equilibrium helps us in establishing for ourselves what it is we need to be paying attention to and what we should not be paying attention to, the opposing forces. If I could I would tell you what that is for you but it’s different for each individual because we are each different.
Taking my Health Coach certification and Life Coach training has confirmed those hunches way back when. I had implemented my hunches when I was not well and began to thrive. Now I am able to keep myself on track and assist people in thriving.
Life and love, and other facets are not a mystery.
We can do this life and do it well, even through the storms. Things happen, people die, there is sickness and pain, our loved ones make choices. It’s how we approach these things that makes all the difference.
We can choose agitation, anxiety, worry, or calm, collected and confident.
